Proposals for the 2019 annual fall conference will be considered this year. An RFP for 2019 will be posted by March 31, 2017. Bids for the 2020 Superconference event (a joint venture with SEOPA and AGLOW) will be entertained later this year with a due date of January 1, 2018. An RFP for the 2020 Superconference will be available by May 1.
Meanwhile, use the button below to see a .pdf copy of the bid form used for the last round of proposals. Please read Page 2 of the form thoroughly, as it will answer many questions about SEOPA and basic conference requirements. The form contains two main sections: one for lodging and meeting space details, the other regarding the host area. The form will be updated prior to the acceptance of proposals for 2019 and beyond, but many of the requirements will remain unchanged.Bid Form
